Personalized Levels of Care
Every resident enjoys three freshly prepared meals each day, daily snacks, weekly housekeeping and laundry service, assistance coordinating transportation, utilities, Wi-Fi, and cable television. All are included as part of life at Legacy.
LEVEL2
Level 2 — Light Support
Medication assistance, limited hands-on help with bathing and daily activities, along with routine nursing assessments and ongoing health monitoring.
LEVEL3
Level 3 — Moderate Support
Medication assistance, increased support with bathing and daily activities, assistance with toileting needs, routine nursing assessments, and ongoing health monitoring.
LEVEL4
Level 4 — Advanced Support
Medication assistance and significant hands-on support with bathing, toileting, mobility, and daily activities, including assistance for residents who use a wheelchair.
LEVEL5
Level 5 — Comprehensive Care
Our highest level of support for residents with significant or complex care needs. May include extensive assistance with personal care and mobility, scheduled toileting, feeding assistance, non-ambulatory care, fall-reduction strategies, and individualized behavioral support plans.
